The Man Cave

Adding two comfortable upholstered chairs to the media area will give your man options in his cave.  He can read by the fire in his leather chair and ottoman or take a nap on the sofa while gazing at his new fireplace.  But you will probably find him lounging in his upholstered chairs watching his favorite movie or sports program. 
Whatever his choice, you know he will be forever grateful for his own special space, not to mention how grateful you are to have him in it.

Repurpose Furniture

This piece of furniture is now a fireplace but once was the top portion of an entertainment center.  I just added an electric firebox and it gave a whole new look to the piece of furniture and to the man cave.  So if you want some alone time away from your man, you might want to try this tactic.  It is inviting and comfortable and he will stay away for hours.
If you furnish him with a desk he  might write you a love letter for creating such a wonderful place where he can vegetate, but don't forget to add a television and a remote, it could mean dinner out.
